Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our coffee table books and printed products are crafted with the highest attention to detail, and we stand behind the quality of every item we ship.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- In its original condition, unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Damaged or Defective Items
Given the nature of our products, we understand that shipping damage can occasionally occur with heavy books and printed materials. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at eshop@indusglyph.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. For damaged or defective items, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-printed products
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
