Shipping Policy

All Indusglyph products are manufactured and shipped from India. We currently offer standard international shipping to all regions listed on our website.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3 weeks (15 to 21 business days) from the date of dispatch. This includes production handling time and international transit. Delivery is door-to-door.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance, which is outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery region and the weight of your order. The exact shipping fee is displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your package has been dispatched with tracking information where available.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package through the carrier's website. If tracking information does not update for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Customs and Import Duties
United States: Deliveries to the US are duty-free, as books are exempt from import duties under US customs regulations.
For other international orders, please be aware that your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at eshop@indusglyph.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 4 weeks of the dispatch date, please get in touch with us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. In the event that a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
